We provide design, engineering, and product development services. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and price of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Anything stated on this website (timelines, pricing ranges, capabilities) is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a signed agreement.

Project-based work is billed against agreed milestones; dedicated developer engagements are billed monthly; hourly work is invoiced against transparent time reports. Exact terms are set out in your agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, you own all final deliverables and source code we produce for you upon full payment.

On full payment, ownership of the custom work we build for you transfers to you. We may retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any third-party tools, libraries, or services remain governed by their own licenses.

Our website and any general information on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenfold Systems is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

Liability for paid engagements is governed by the terms of the relevant signed agreement.
