HalalCS
HalalCS is a halal certification provider that audits and certifies businesses across food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, packaging, and logistics. We built their website to explain a fairly technical certification process to a global audience, present their offices across several countries, and handle the training events and document workflows that come with the work.

The challenge.
Halal certification is not a single certificate. It involves a Halal Assurance System that runs through a company's operations, and the steps to get there are not obvious to a first-time client. HalalCS needed a site that could walk businesses through what halal means, lay out the certification process clearly, serve clients in more than one language, and reflect that they operate offices in several countries rather than one location.
What we built.
We built the site on Next.js and TypeScript with Tailwind for styling, and wired it to a CMS so the team can update training dates, news, and downloadable forms without a developer. The structure follows how a client actually moves through certification: understanding halal, seeing the services and industries covered, then the step-by-step process. Multi-language support and a multi-country office directory were built in from the start so the same content works across their European markets.

Explaining what halal certification actually means
The homepage and supporting pages start by teaching, not selling. Before a business commits to an audit, they need to understand halal as a tradition and as an assurance system. We laid these pages out so a reader can move from the basics into the specifics of certification without feeling lost, with clear headings and readable long-form sections.

Contact and documents
Making contact and certification forms easy to reach
Clients need to get in touch and pull the right paperwork without friction. We built a contact page with the message form and office details, plus a downloads area that groups the application forms and questionnaires by type. Each group expands to show the files inside, so people can find the form that matches their request instead of scrolling a long list.

Initial assessment
We mapped how HalalCS describes their services, industries, and the certification journey, then planned a site structure that matches how a client moves through it.
Build and CMS
We developed the front end in Next.js and TypeScript with Tailwind, and connected a CMS so training dates, news, and downloadable forms can be updated in house.
Multi-language and offices
We added multi-language support and a multi-country office directory so the same content serves clients across their European markets.
Launch
