INSURANCE & RISK

Perill Group

The Peril Group helps property owners protect their assets before and after an insurance claim. They are public adjusters and risk consultants working across commercial, multi-family, and residential property. We built their site as a clear, trustworthy place to explain how insurance risk and claims work, and to make it easy for owners to request a proposal.

The challenge.

Insurance and claims are confusing for most property owners, and the value of a public adjuster is hard to explain on a page. The Peril Group needed a site that walked owners through risk management and claims in plain terms, covered every sector they serve, and pushed people toward the one action that matters, requesting a proposal.

What we built.

We built the site with Next.js and TypeScript and styled it with Tailwind, with content wired through a CMS so the team can update services and team details on their own. The structure follows how an owner thinks: understand your risk, review your policy, plan for a disaster, then handle the claim. Every page ends with a free proposal request so the path forward is always obvious.

One place to understand your coverage

Homepage

One place to understand your coverage

The landing page opens with the core promise, protecting your asset through insurance risk mitigation, and splits the two main paths right away: Risk Management and Peril Adjusters. Below it, a sector grid lets owners find themselves fast, whether they run a hotel, a multi-family building, or a farm.

  • Hero with dual entry points for risk management and claims
  • Sector grid covering commercial, multi-family, hotel/resort, HOAs, and farm and ranch
  • Free, no-obligation proposal request as the main call to action

Risk Management

Walking owners through risk and claims

The Risk Management page lays out the work in order: decrease risk exposure, run a full policy review, plan for disasters, and handle asset acquisition. Each section explains in plain language what the team does and why it protects the owner when it is time to file a claim.

  • Four clear service areas from policy review to disaster planning
  • Plain-language copy that explains the value of representation
  • Repeated proposal prompt so the next step stays visible
Putting real people behind the work

Our Team

Putting real people behind the work

Insurance work runs on trust, so the team page introduces the licensed adjusters and operations leads by name, with their background and direct contact details. It gives owners a real sense of who would represent them before they ever pick up the phone.

  • Profiles for each adjuster and operations lead with photos
  • Direct phone and email contact per team member
  • Background notes that build credibility before first contact

How we built it.

The path from first conversation to a production system.

01Discovery

Map the journey

We followed how a property owner actually thinks about insurance, from understanding risk to filing a claim, and shaped the site around that order.

02Design

Structure the content

We organized services, sectors, and team details into a CMS so the Peril Group can keep everything current without touching code.

03Build

Build and style

We built the pages in Next.js and TypeScript with Tailwind, keeping the look clean and professional to match the trust the work requires.

04Launch

Drive the proposal

We placed a free proposal request at the end of every page so there is always a clear, low-pressure next step for the visitor.
